The HVAC system will be inspected to ensure compliance with the approved design drawings and equipment submitals, duct as-built drawings, and air balance report must be submitted prior to inspection.

The Fuel Oil Storage and Piping system will be inspected to ensure compliance with the approved design drawings and specifications as it relates to NYC Building Department requirements.

The Heating System including boilers will be inspected to ensure compliance with the approved design drawings and specifications as it relates to NYC Building Department requirements.

The Chimney will be inspected to ensure compliance with the approved design drawings and reviewed.
